Dear readers and authors of publications!

The scientific electronic “Spirit time” was created for the publication of articles reflecting the latest results of open scientific research carried out by scientists of scientific institutions, higher educational institutions and citizens who conduct scientific research on the basis of personal initiative, and is a scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical publication, which gives researchers the opportunity to publish the results of their own scientific and applied activities. They discuss both topics widely covered in the literature and problems that are still rarely discussed, or even not touched by scientific periodicals at all.
Along with original research articles, we will be happy to accept scientific reviews and scientific reports, materials of a scientific and methodological nature, information about significant events in modern scientific life.
The basis of the journal’s policy is the principles of fundamentality and openness for authors and readers.

It is addressed to a wide readership: scientists, practitioners, specialists in various fields, teachers, graduate students, students — everyone who is interested in the issues raised in the articles.

The scientific electronic almanac Spirit time has been assigned an international standard serial number (ISSN).

A full bibliographic description of all articles in the journal is provided in the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru for the purpose of forming the Russian Scientific Citation Index (RIC).
